A CORE IAM PRINCIPLE / KNOW YOUR CLIENT
IAM works only with credible businesses. An EyeSpyR-verified business listing is required before we accept a client or activate its marketing. Payment, an application or a Google listing does not replace that review.
We KYC all our clients. We research and qualify every potential client before acceptance. Our know-your-client process checks who the client is, who represents the business, its business registration and the licences required for its trade and service area. Verification must be confirmed for the actual business and scope of work.
This matters when the work involves gas and combustion, live electrical systems, heavy equipment or people’s safety. A convincing advertisement is no substitute for a legitimate, appropriately licensed business.
Google describes Business Profile video verification as confirming that you manage or represent the business, using evidence of location, operations and management. That alone should not be treated as confirmation of every required trade licence. Google’s separate Local Services Ads screening can include licence checks, depending on the category and location. IAM requires its own EyeSpyR review before acceptance.
Google Business Profile verification ↗Google Local Services screening ↗
Start with a business enquiry. Do not send identity documents or private licence records through the public form; IAM will confirm an appropriate review process. A profile update fee does not purchase approval, and verification is not a guarantee of every future job.
EYESPYR CLEARED / READY FOR YOUR NEXT STAGE
Once your EyeSpyR listing is verified and IAM accepts your business, we can build the marketing plan around you. Your industry. Your expertise. The people you want to reach. A connected brand and publishing system gives that plan somewhere to grow.
We’ve spent years developing industry brands and the systems behind them. pSEO helps organise useful information across services, products and genuine markets. Original content gives those pages substance. TALC.tv supports the agreed message and distribution. This is how the pieces work together for your business.
We learn what you offer, who it helps, where you work and what makes it worth choosing. Your approved brief becomes the foundation for the brand, pages and campaign.
Join a relevant IAM hub or commission a distinct brand of your own. We agree the audience, market, offer and scope so the plan fits the business.
Services, products, answers and real project stories connect to relevant market pages. Structured information keeps business details consistent; original evidence makes each page worth reading.
Related pages and industry content help people explore. A clear profile and enquiry route keep the actual business behind the message easy to identify and contact.
Use TALC.tv shout-outs and agreed publishing channels to introduce the useful story, offer or release. Destinations and timing are confirmed in the plan.
Refresh information, add worthwhile stories and review available performance data. Our network gives you an industry context; the continuing plan grows around your business.
A useful page. A clear enquiry.
Build around genuine services and markets. Shared page systems keep details consistent; original questions and project evidence give each page its purpose.
Explore the market briefs ↗Brand creation, websites, apps, business profiles, pSEO, original publishing and distribution are parts of the same larger plan. Choose a useful starting point, then build the combination that makes sense for your business.

See the directory offer →City-page partnerships: $10/month per 100,000 residents, for one selected business per trade and city. Apply for review. Custom plans are available.
Discuss my industry & city ↗Programmatic SEO uses structured information and reusable page systems to organise useful content across services, industries and markets. IAM connects that architecture to its own brand network and original business content. Editorial review, accurate company details and real evidence remain part of the work. Rankings, indexing, AI citations and leads are separate outcomes.
Keyword and audience research, technical and on-page review, service content, internal linking, local-search support and reporting from authorised data. Brand identity, website improvements and app work can be included in an agreed project. Deliverables, access, timing and price are confirmed before work begins. A directory registration does not include a full SEO campaign or reserve a city.
Our founder began doing SEO for his own construction company in 2004. After years of marketing that business and a select group of clients, he acquired industry domains to build an affordable, connected ecosystem for independent businesses. IAM was established November 18, 2011.
Based in Vancouver, working beyond it. The aim is to help good independent businesses compete through recognisable brands and useful publishing. EyeSpyR’s developing client beta adds a vision for evidence-led business credentials and fair reviews.

Designed from two decades of contracting and marketing experience, IAM connects the useful page, the business behind it and the message you want people to hear.
01 / IAM + PSEO
Your services, actual service area and project stories become connected pages on a relevant industry hub. Each page answers a useful question and gives customers a clear way to contact you.
02 / EYESPYR
EyeSpyR-verified listing first, IAM acceptance second. Our know-your-client review checks business identity, registration and applicable licences before marketing activation.
03 / TALC.TV
Turn your project, offer or useful article into a clear shout-out. Link it to the right page and an agreed distribution plan, so the next step is easy to find.

EYESPYR.COM / CREDIBILITY & STANDARDS
We research every potential client and complete a know-your-client (KYC) and qualification review before accepting the business. We check who represents it, its identity, registration, applicable licences, public business records, online presence and supporting work. An EyeSpyR-verified listing is required before IAM activates its marketing.
$10 yearly profile update.
The update keeps your profile current; it does not purchase an endorsement. Ask IAM which checks and supporting information are included.

Industry experience and real outcomes
We have spent years doing SEO for LSFencing and building websites around the industries we work in. Now we are inviting more businesses and content creators to help fill those hubs with useful listings, projects and expertise.
Long-term industry work
Our work with LSFencing spans years of SEO. Alongside that work, we have built layers of industry websites to support discovery and participation. That experience informs how we develop IAM's industry hubs and invite businesses to join.
The enquiry for this school dropped-ceiling project came through Steelstud.ca, part of the IAM network, and was referred to Rambo Wall & Ceiling. The project was subsequently awarded to Rambo. It is one documented example of an industry website generating an enquiry that turned into a job.

About IAM
IAM connects brand identity, website and app development, publishing and rollout. We bring together years of website building, SEO work and practical industry experience. Our long-term work with LSFencing is part of that foundation, alongside the industry sites we have built and developed across the network.
The next stage is participation: more businesses sharing real projects, useful knowledge and clear service information. We want each hub to become more useful to the people searching it, attract more users and create more opportunities for its participating businesses. Register on one hub for $10/year, or apply for a separately priced city-page partnership if you are ready to contribute content.
